BEEF STEAK & MASH POTATOES

Ingredients
Beef undercut 400 gm
Boil potatoes 2
Mashrooms 6to 8
Bar bq sauce 4-6 tbls
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Julienne Carrot as required
Mustard sauce as required
Method :
Crushed potatoes and add salt , then in a baking dish with the help of sancha make them like round shape put bit oil and bake it for 10 minutes
,now cut the undercut beef and add this is round sancha , now crushed it with the help of hammer and split , then add a bit salt,
now in a pan add carrot and fry it ,and in another pan fry beef steak.
Now in a pan heat oil and fry the mashrooms and add salt , now put potatoes from the baking dish and put them in plates , then put steaks on them and in center add mashrrom now garnish with carrot mustard sauce
