Is the Sound Blaster live really that bad for DOS gaming? It definitely sucks at SB emulation but its got some cool features to make for that. Its definitely not the best card for DOS but not the worst either. It was probably never really designed to be good at it anyway, everything was moving to Directsound and DX gaming at that point which it works well for. We can be thankful it even has MS-DOS support to be honest. What do you think of this card? Let me know in the comments below!
