POV: it's the night before your exam and you think you’re screwed for your exam because it is tomorrow and you have not started preparing or reviewing and you are stressed that you will end poorly

It Is common to think “I have 24 hours and I’m not gonna sleep until I have looked at every single thing and might be able to recall it on the exam” (I am guilty if pulling all nighters.. many all nighters to study too) but truthfully it is not sustainable lol. Instead, think what’s high vs low yield? How did the prof/teacher breakdown the content that can allow you to study more efficiently? You have a limited amount of time left, so structure your cramming like how the teacher structured their course.

Anyways I filmed this video because I also had an exam to cram for in 24 hours and I’ll be taking you with me through my 24 hours before an exam so you’re not alone!

One more thing to add: the way you study is up to you, I usually say things out loud but if you study best by writing, drawing it out to recall certain things, making flashcards, etc. it all depends on you and how much time you can allocate for yourself on these study methods to be able to finish everything on time before your exam. I am aware that everyone has different study strategies so the way you plan your schedule might be completely different from mine- this video is just the way I usually tackle things before my exam to successfully finish the tasks I assigned for myself!
