I bought this unit from AMAZON and I've only had it for about 2 Months when it became faulty. I've tried nicely with lacross support for requesting rma/warranty advice, I've emailed several times, filled in online forms on their website, and all I keep getting is blanket formmail responses palming me off because I am now in Australia. Seems they dont want to know about faulty products since I'm no longer located in North America...
I bought and paid for the item in the US, I expect US support.
LaCrosse, your only correct support response should be "We will honour warranty for faulty product, and ship you a NEW product, no matter where you are located."
