‘Gaude Mater Polonia’ (‘Rejoice, Mother Poland’) is a medieval hymn from the 13/14th century - evidently, Polish knights would sing it in victory after battle.
This version (arranged by long-time friend of Cantamus, Michael Neaum) is sung - victoriously - by the Cantamus Main choir, the Cantamus Training Choir and singers from the MLC School in Sydney, Australia. (Joint Concert | Southwell Minster | Nottinghamshire | UK | September 2018).
