From my 2008 Microbiology course: a demonstration of how the addition of a small quantity of Pseudomonas syringae to supercooled water can yield VERY rapid ice formation! I like the student voices in this one---we had fun! UPDATE: this video has been picked up by various media outlets, and I didn't even know about it! Thank everyone for your interest.
