How to upgrade your portable compressed air tank with quick connects and hose for fasting, easy filling and more usefulness beyond filling tires. By default you have to fill these tanks through a Schrader valve and they have a permanently attached air chuck. This modification lets you fill with a regular quick coupler from your compressor and uses the valve that comes standard on most tanks so you don't have to buy a valve. The other benefit is you can use the tank with a air chuck (still), blow gun, or any other pneumatic tool you want. My tank is an 11 gallon from Harbor Freight.
