Mountain Pose allows us to quickly enter a state of profound stability, establishing a stable base from which to feel deeply into our bodies.
If you are new to yoga, I encourage you to take it slow. Take time to really feel into these experiences. Allow all of the sensations and thoughts and feelings that go along with moving in this way to come and go.
I'd like to start sharing small clips like this, introduction one posture at a time. Even if you are a seasoned Yogi, I invite you to play deeply with one posture for some period of time. Perhaps take a week, and take time each day to feel deeply into mountain, perhaps discovering a stronger and fuller experience of this pose than you have before.
