The Uberization of workplace learning
- The consumer landscape is radically changing; how we book hotels, cabs and listen to music has radically altered beyond all recognition in the past ten years. - Enterprise culture, at times, lags behind consumer culture. However, we can now see the 'uberization' or emergence of a cloud philosophy, making itself real within the workplace learning environment. Questions explored: - What role can learning and development adopt to leverage these new initiatives? - What specific types of tools and game-plan can best be delivered? - What early examples are we seeing of best practice? - Are there any pitfalls? If so, what are they? - Are there any generational biases or trends incited? Session Format - High-impact, interactive session involving case studies, Q&As and scenarios. The audience will be invited to look at specific workplace scenarios and see within their own organisation or business units how best to deploy some of the points in discussion.
