The victim was forced into a bathroom at a party with three doctors she worked with. They released her. Later, they grabbed her from the party and put her in a car, telling her that they were going to Rockport. She protested verbally, but did not physically resist. When they arrived at one of the men's apartment, she asked to be taken home. They refused and proceeded to have intercourse with her, even though she verbally protested. They were charged with kidnapping and rape. They were convicted of rape but acquitted of kidnapping.
