- 500g Pork Shoulder
Korean Chili Paste
- 15g Garlic
- 30g White Onion
- 20g Korean Chili Flakes Powder
- 10g Gochujang
- 1Tbsp Pork Bone Soup
Garnish and Side Dish
- Spring Onion
- Green Chili
- Buchu-Kimchi
- Sliced Onion and Garlic
- Kimchi
