Here is a man who decided to walk across South Korea while carrying a 40kg (88lbs) bag.
It’s hard to even walk 1 hour while carrying a 40kg bag, but he’s been walking for 3 months straight! Plus, he’s been living on the road… He always eats instant noodles, and sleeps in cold bus stops or streets at night.

It’s like he’s punishing himself, why doesn’t he stop his tough journey?

That’s because he’s trying to forget about his past sorrows, which lead to his suicide attempt.
He constantly thinks about people who struggled because of him, and wants to be forgiven… Moreover, he wants to forgive himself. That’s why he started this journey.

Along his journey, he encountered beautiful nature that consoles him quietly, and met new people who were willing to walk with him. He’s slowly letting go of his guilt as he takes each step...

As we live our lives, we as an individual suffer through very personal problems, that other people may not easily relate to. There may be pasts you prefer not to talk about with other people, and some of you might be struggling even today, due to your traumatic history. However, we all have the right to be happy, and I believe that’s why we’re still here today. Let’s try to overcome our past struggles like this man, and try to live happily!
