This is a quick and easy recipe that makes a batch of refreshing horchata.
Soak ~ 4 hours
•1/2 cup almonds
•1/2 cup rice
•1 stick cinnamon
To the blender add:
•4 cups water
•soaked almonds & rice and cinnamon
•1 tbsp vanilla
•1/2 cup sugar
•1 tsp ground cinnamon to garnish
Makes 4 servings
