China is accusing the U.S. of bullying and violating international trade rules in the race to dominate the market for microchips and semiconductors. The U.S. levels similar accusations at China. And President Joe Biden is reportedly trying to codify this latest trade battle with an executive order aimed at cutting off China’s access to the most advanced equipment. Owen Fairclough reports.
