8 oz. canton noodles
1 chicken breast- sliced thinly and marinate it (see below)
1 handful fresh snow peas
1 medium size Napa Cabbage
2 stalks celery
1 carrot
1 medium size onion- sliced
4 cloves of garlic- chopped
1 pc. Chicken bouillon cube
10 pcs shrimps- shelled
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 cups chicken broth
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp light soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
For chicken marinate:
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
Pinch of salt and pepper

1 lb. pork belly- boiled until tender and sliced
Handful of green beans- sliced diagonally
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp. dark soy sauce

1 medium size onion- sliced
3 cloves of garlic- chopped
1 carrot- julienne cut
2 stalks of celery- sliced diagonally
1 pc chicken bouillon
1 ½ cup pork belly broth or chicken broth or water
