Easy sourdough discard crackers with cranberry and flaxseed is an amazingly delicious way to re-purpose discard or overproofed dough.

Ingredients:
100 Grams sourdough starter
50-70 Grams wholewheat flour (see blog on different flours and starters that would work)
25 Grams unsalted butter (room temperature)
2 Tbsp dried cranberry, measured then finely chopped
1 Tbsp Flaxeed
1/4 Tsp sea salt (add another 1/4 tsp if not topping with salt flakes)
1 Tbsp honey
Optional topping: (Sea Salt Flakes ex. Maldon)
