Nigel Farage wants Prime Minister Boris Johnson to abandon his hard-won EU withdrawal deal and enter an alliance with his Brexit Party.
He says his hardline Eurosceptic party will stand candidates against the Conservatives in every constituency if the prime minister doesn’t agree, risking a split in the right-wing vote and increasing the chances of a hung parliament and continuing political stalemate in the UK.
