How Can Someone Fix These Traumas and Conditioning?
First, you must use your breath to connect with your body
Start breathing through your nose and into your belly
Children are born as nose breathers, but learn mouth breathing from their parents
The first step is to become self aware
How Do You Become Self Aware
Must start with your breath
Do an emotional inventory by using your breath and somatic experiencing
This will make you better at meditation – and things will come up
Write 10 things that are causing you hurt and stress
Write 10 things you are truly grateful for
Then do another round of breath work from a place of courage
And deal with one of the items on the left side
Then tell one friend that you are committed to changing this one item, and they can help you through it
This way you can use breathwork for emotional intelligence
Different Phases of Breathwork
Breathing for immediate stress
Proactive or medidative breathwork, this is about 7-20 minutes. This is a place to start.
Catharsis breathing – 30-60-90 minutes with a practitioner who is skilled
What Are Plant Medicines And How Should We Think About These
