Good soup is the one of the prime ingredient of good living. Here's my version of Lotus root & peanut pork ribs soup. I hope you all like it ❤

Ingredients:
Pork ribs around 600g
Lotus root 800g above
Peanut 150g ( can add on more)

(Ginger few slices, scallion stalks and shaoxin wine(optional) to remove the pork ribs smells.)
Filter water 2 litter
Red dates 10
Wolfberry 10g
