DUMBBELL AMRAP - It's You vs You in this challenging full Body AMRAP workout with weights! You can do this AMRAP workout at home or the gym using dumbbells for resistance. Remember, this is your workout! Go at YOUR own pace, do YOUR best and challenging yourself to get out of your comfort zone. Get in as many rounds as possible during each 5 minute circuit. Let's goooooo!
There are 6 x 5 minute AMRAP’s to complete. Each AMRAP consists of 4 exercises you'll do for 10 reps each. Do as many rounds and reps as possible within the 5 minutes.
I used a set of 10kg + 7kg + 5kg dumbbells for this total body amrap workout, but you can use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
