Since the Knight's Gun has a chance to drop an item every room when reloaded, you can get a boatload of Spice if you're lucky enough to get both items at some point in a run (I did it in a Rainbow Run). Normally you can't use infinite Spice since it takes away a heart container every time you use it... but the Robot doesn't have any heart containers :)
