This is one of my favorite mass gainers on the market! I have tried many of them and this is one of the best ones I have used so far. You will notice a huge difference before and after serious mass!
It has lots of calories per serving and a bunch of protein and carbs to help you gain weight even if you are a hard gainer.
At 1250 calories this will help you add extra size to your body since the more calories you take in the bigger you can get with the proper training. The protein is kept moderately high at 50 grams to help you build muscle more efficiently and the carbs at 252 grams assist you in getting the energy you need to grow and feed your muscles.
This mass gainer is perfect for bulking since you can use this as a supplement to a high calorie diet.
Serious mass shouldn't be used as a meal replacement since you wouldn't see much gains if you are drinking this instead of eating regular food. You should be eating a high calorie diet and using this as a way to supplement your nutrition and growth.
If you are serious about bulking, I would totally recommend you download an app to track your macros and that way you can add in the macros from serious mass into the tracker to stay on top of your nutrition. That way it will tell you exactly how many carbs, calories, protein, etc you should be consuming in addition to this supplement in order to reach your target weight.

I personally prefer the vanilla flavor because it taste great when I mix it with fruits in a smoothie. The recipe is super quick and easy, it tastes amazing and its the best way to take in the serving size of serious mass.

Speaking of the serving size, it is two heaping scoops which is not easy to simply mix up in a shaker bottle and drink. It takes some getting used to and at first you might really have to force yourself to drink that much in order to meet your macros. To start off I would recommend you work your way up to the two scoops. Start off by drinking half a scoop and then do half a scoop in the morning and another one in the afternoon. After that you'll be able to do a full scoop twice a day and if you prefer you can do both scoops at once.
If you are not used to taking protein shakes or mass gainers you might want to try just half a scoop at first to make sure you don’t have any digestive issues and that you can comfortably drink it.

The blend-ability isn't the best. There are times when I have to keep the blender going for longer or I have to use a spoon to scrape it off the walls of the blender and turn the blender back on to get it all mixed. However it tastes great the way I make it and I really look forward to drinking my smoothie.

Overall I totally recommend this mass gainer it has everything you need to grow. It has amazing reviews on amazon that I totally agree with. This stuff really works.
