Turned up to a no heating no hot water, boiler flashing a fault code, checked parts arena to locate the fault code, found this was overheat fault, customer said rads were struggling to get warm so I replaced the pump as I had one in the van, reset boiler and it ddnt even start the ignition sequence, went straight to overheat lockout, checked for continuity on the overheat stat, no continuity ⚠️ replaced over heat stat boiler back up and running ✅
