Taxi organisation, SANTACO in the Eastern Cape says it's making headway to digitalise the industry in the province. SANTACO has launched a cashless system to be used by taxi operators and scholar transport. Commuters will be able to use cards to pay while learners will be given tags. The GPS tracking and live camera monitoring will assist owners and taxi operators. Lwandile Mbulali has more.
