Besan ladoo
Ingredients:
Take kadhai and add
4 Cup - Besan
1/2 Cup - Ghee
1/4 Cup - Luke Warm Water
Mix Properly and knead it , Make the balls like Muthiya and Fry in Ghee in Slow Flame and keep aside for few Minutes and Let Completely then Grind in the Mixie Coarsely
Take a Sauce pan and add
1+1/2 Cup - Sugar
1 Cup - Water
Mix and Make a Chasani till One thread thick consistency and put into coarsely grinded besan then mix properly and add
1 tsp - Cardamom Powder
2 tbsp - Ghee
Mix Properly
And Make a Small Ladoo and Garnish with Pista Flakes n Almond Flakes
