In her USC Shoah Foundation testimony, survivor Yolan Frank describes the emotional state of prisoners at the Auschwitz II-Birkenau death camp
Yolan Frank was born in Transylvania, Romania in 1927. She survived the Satu Mare ghetto, Auschwitz II-Birkenau death camp, Mehltheuer concentration camp, and Nürnberg concentration camp. Yolan was liberated by United States armed forces at Mehltheuer.
