John talks about becoming only the 15th person ever to finish the insanely tough Barkley Marathons, when he completed it on his third attempt in 2017. (As if that wasn't enough, the same year, he went on to finish 7th in his age group in Kona.) He also tells us about his Grand Round attempt - not only tackling the three classic British fell running challenges back to back...but cycling between them.
