Like I said, this workout is an UPPER BODY DAY and will focus on lots of amazing exercises for helping you get stronger.
Do your best to use a challenging weight on each exercise today so that you can really push yourself in today's workout.
All you'll need for this is a set of dumbbells and a bench (optional)
The workout is laid out for you below. In the video, you'll also get a warm up and a cool down. For rest periods, rest 45-90 seconds between strength sets and supersets. Between exercises on supersets, take 5-10 seconds to transition.
Strength Set 1:
1) DB Single Arm Row: 4 sets x 10 reps per arm
Strength Set 2:
2) Half Kneeling Single Arm Overhead Press: 4 sets x 10 reps per arm
Superset 1: 3 rounds
3A) Back Fly: 12 reps
3B) Pushups: 10 reps
Superset 2: 3 rounds
4A) DB Curl: 12 reps
4B) Bench Dips: 12 reps
Finisher: 30-15 interval for 3 rounds
5A) Squat Thrusters
5B) Plank To Pushup
5C) See Saw Row
