Using the LabelMill LM5000RB Rollerbed Conveyor System with LM3542SF Synchronous Feed Print & Apply Label Applicator to automatically apply labels to pre-roll tubes. The powered hopper allows an operator to load batches of pre-roll tubes to be automatically dispensed and spaced onto the rollerbed conveyor system. Once triggered, the synchronous feed module feeds a label between the conveyed tube and powered wrap belt assembly to apply the label to the tube. Each feed automatically signals the Zebra ZE511 printer to print and feed another label. The labeled tubes are dropped into a collection bin for the operator to gather in batches.
