I went down to the platform that overlooks the train tracks in Riverdale Park, not expecting anything special. However, there was an Amtrak train that was being led by a P42DC locomotive. Because diesel locomotive emissions are not allowed in Penn Station, it is very rare to see one around here. A P32AC-DM was trailing at the end of the train to push it into Penn Station.
