Today, we are making an Authentic traditional Ghanaian Garden Egg stew, popularly known as nyadowaa abomu or ntrowa abomu. It is delicious and has the authentic flavours found in local cuisines!
Before we continue, I have a favor to ask...when you say a prayer, please thank God for me and ask God to bless @KwankyewaasKitchen for me for being such an amazing Sister! I dedicate my momoni lovers garden egg abomu to her 😄
For this Abomu, you will need:
scotch bonnet pepper- a few- depending on your spice tolerance
momoni/ fermented fish- about an inch or 2
1-2 onions
2 tomatoes
a handful of roasted peanuts
about 6-8 garden eggs
1 medium size koobi/ salted fish
palm oil
garnish with koobi/ salted fish, avocado, hard boiled eggs, smoked mackerel.
