In this video, I run through 10 skating drills that hockey players can do from home without fancy equipment. These skating drills can also be done in a small space - perfect for at home ! If you want to improve your skating, I recommend practicing for 20 - 30 minutes at least twice a week at home, but ideally every day if you can.
