Outlander stars Sam Heughan as Jamie Fraser and Caitriona Balfe as Claire Fraser in the Starz hit drama based on Diana Gabaldon's best selling book series.This video is all about Romance and Love. A lot of us have memories associated with the song, "Unchained Melody." Particularly the version by the Righteous Brothers, (1965). I've had several requests for an Outlander video using this song. The song was actually written in 1955, as a movie theme song. It was for a prison movie, titled, "Unchained." Anyway, I looked for a different version of the song, and it took me quite a while to devise the idea and decide on the clips to use. I hope you like this version of the song by Lykke Li. In the Outlander story, the heroes are reunited after 20 years, and they are still madly and deeply in love. At the end of Season 5, Claire must remain alive until Jamie can find and rescue her, and bring her home; Again.
