How to make Pesto
· 1/2 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes
· 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
· Less than 3/4 cup of Olive Oil
· More than half a cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
· 1½ tsp Salt
· 10 Garlic Cloves
· Coriander for Garnish
METHOD :
1. Soak the Sun-dried tomatoes and Sunflower seeds overnight in olive oil, salt and apple cider vinegar.
2. The next day, add all the soaked ingredients along with the garlic cloves in a blender, Blend until smooth.
3. Transfer to a mason jar/bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
