This Low Carb/Keto Parmesan Tilapia is flaky and delicious. This Parmesan topping is very versatile and works just as good with cod, whitting, or any mild fish.
Low Carb/Keto Parmesan Tilapia
1 to 1 1/2 lbs Tilapia (can use any mild fish)
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp softened Butter
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise (homemade or store bought)
2 tsp minced Garlic
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Lemon Juice
Preheat oven to 400 F
In a bowl, mix together butter, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, garlic, paprika, and salt.
Place fish in a baking dish. Drizzle each piece with lemon juice, then spread parmesan mixture over each piece evenly.
Bake in 400 F oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish is flaky and golden brown.
