This is a key piece of his National Strategy for Combating Wildlife Trafficking and a huge victory for elephants, which you helped achieve. And it comes not a moment too soon.
Africa’s elephants are disappearing at an alarming rate to supply the global ivory trade. But this important measure will close a major ivory market, driving down the demand for elephant tusks.
Now that we've taken a stand to save elephants, let's urge other nations to follow our lead and rescue this important species.
