Throughout the Bible we are encouraged to meditate on God's word day and night. Meditation in this sense is the practice of focusing our minds on one thing in this present moment. Often our minds a filled with thoughts, dreams and worries about the past or future. Very little of our time is spent being fully present in this moment. In this video we will practice bringing our attention to the here and now, controlling our thoughts, and guiding our minds to God's word.
