Astăzi dragii mei vă prezint încă o creație proprie, foarte iubită și apreciată de toată lumea care o degustă 🌸 Cu blat sponge de cacao, glazura albă plus învelișul cremos ciocolatos alcătuiesc pur și simplu un desert irezistibil, de nerefuzat 🥰

✅ Ingredient's:

📌 Sponge cake :

4 eggs
120 gr sugar
90 gr flour
30 gr cocoa
30 ml oil
40 ml milk
a pinch of salt
vanilla essence

⏳160°C for 250 min approx.

📌 White chocolate gaze :

200 gr white chocolate
200 ml whipped cream 30% fett
10 gr gelatine
30 ml water

📌 Chocolate Cream :

200 gr milk chocolate
200 ml cold whipped cream
200 ml hot whipped cream
9 gr gelatine
30 ml water

📌 Red Jelly :

a red jelly envelope (Dr. Oetker)
2 teaspoons sugar
250 ml water
