Zalmay Khalilzad, a former US special representative for the reconciliation of Afghanistan, stressed the need for continuing talks between the Islamic Emirate and the US on how to fully implement the Doha Agreement.
In a special interview with TOLOnews on the third anniversary of the Doha Agreement's signing, Khalilzad said that that there is no problem with the nature of the Doha Agreement and that the current difficulties are caused by the lack of its full implementation.
