From the beginning of this journey all we ever wanted was to share our love of the sport of snowboarding with our little and ride together as a family.

We got her on a board right after she learned to walk. After our first outing on the slopes we started asking Cash if she wanted to ride. Sometimes it was a yes and sometimes it was a no. We never pushed her.

Right before her fourth birthday she heard us talking about going snowboarding and she was going to go to Nana and Papas. At that she turned to us and say “no, I want to snowboard with you guys.” From that moment we have dedicated many hours and 80+ days to shred time on the mountain.

In that time we have watched her excel, push her limits and absorb any and all tips we give her. I have caught myself on many occasions tearing up as we head to the mountain because this has been the best time of my life. Getting to spend everyday with the people I love doing something that makes my heart happy is the greatest joy.

Our daughter inspires us everyday to push ourselves. To laugh, to find joy and to do it scared. We are beyond proud of what this little girl has accomplished over the last two seasons and we can’t wait to share more and more shred days with her for years to come!
