Base Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
Whip the heavy cream in a large mixing bowl using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.
Gently fold the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream until fully combined.
Split the mixture into two equal parts to make both flavors or keep it as is for a single flavor.
Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
Half of the base ice cream mixture (from above)
1/2 cup fresh strawberries (about 180 grams), hulled
Instructions:
Place the hulled strawberries into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Gently fold the strawberry purée into the base ice cream mixture until evenly distributed.
Transfer the strawberry mixture into a freezer-safe container. Cover with plastic wrap or an airtight lid.
Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until the ice cream is firm.

Oreo Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
Half of the base ice cream mixture (from above)
10-12 Oreo cookies, crushed
Instructions:
Place the Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag and crush them using a rolling pin or a heavy object until they are in small chunks.
Gently fold the crushed Oreos into the base ice cream mixture until evenly distributed.
Transfer the Oreo mixture to a freezer-safe container. Cover with plastic wrap or an airtight lid.
Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until the ice cream is firm.
