For this special episode of Beyond Barriers Podcast we talk with Dan and Sabrina Burnside who decided to leave the National Socialist Movement and the Far-right after 10 years. In this episode we dive into their reasons for joining and leaving, how their involvement affected their family and the road to redemption. Ultimately this is a message of hope - it's never too late to change your direction in life.
Jeff Schoep is the Founder of Beyond Barriers. From 1994 until early 2019, Jeff Schoep was the leader of the largest neo-Nazi organization in the United States, the National Socialist Movement (NSM). In March 2019 he became the highest profile former white nationalist to ever walk away from far-right extremism in the USA. Since then, Jeff has been an outspoken advocate against the ideology that he had been part of for 27 years, making him uniquely qualified to understand extremism and extremist ideologies. Jeff now works as an inspirational public speaker helping to educate communities and policy makers on how to effectively counter and prevent violent extremism. [ Ссылка ]
