WOOL ROLL BREAD
INGREDIENTS:
•120 ml lukewarm milk
•34g unsalted butter,melted
•58g egg
•40g sugar
•1 tsp instant dry yeast
•300g all purpose flour + 1 tbsp for dusting/kneading
•1 tsp salt
Fillings:
•65g chocolate chips
•65g cheese
Pan size: 20 x 6 cm
Bake in a preheated oven @170°c /338°f for 17-20 mins.
