The 37-year-old began the epic challenge in the early hours of September 15th, and finished after more than 54 hours.
The journey was expected to have covered 84 miles but was closer to 130 because of tides.
Her record breaking achievement comes just a year after she completed treatment for breast cancer.
In a Facebook post, she dedicated the swim to ‘all the survivors out there’
Sarah said she was kept fuelled by electrolyte and caffeine-filled drinks.
