From my number 1 favorite Disney/Pixar animated movie of all time: Ratatouille! Remy really surprised Linguine when he made omelettes to start off their first day of work at Gusteau’s! I’ve wondered what this omelette recipe would be like so here is my version. Of course, there had to be two sizes! Good thing I have a small one egg “Remy-sized” pan. These omelettes would make a quick and easy breakfast, great to start off anyone’s day!

1 egg (Remy size)
4 eggs (Linguine size)
1 red bell pepper
Feta cheese
Fresh parsley
Fresh basil
Butter
