We are only 2 weeks after Hurricane Ian struck SW Florida yet insurance companies are busy already denying and underpaying claims. I'm getting texts and phone calls informing me of what insurance companies are doing to people.
People are being denied because your home insurance company are telling people that the damage was done by the storm surge or flooding.
Claims are being underpaid because insurance companies are telling people the damage on their roof is below the Hurricane deductible. They are using depreciation to lower the amount they have to pay on a claim.
If the insurance company has denied your claim or they are underpaying you and you need help, let me see if I can help you.
Feel free to call me.
