Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Water 2 & ½ Cups
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 2 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 2 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
-Onion powder ½ tbs
-Laung powder (Clove powder) ¼ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Boneless beef 400g
-Cooking oil ½ tbs
-Tortilla wraps 6-inches
-Kheera (Cucumber) chopped 1 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 medium
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 medium
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-National Crushed pickle 1 & ½ tbs
-Hot sauce as required
Directions:
-In a jug,add water,tomato paste,garlic powder,pink salt,paprika powder,cumin powder,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,onion powder,clove powder,lemon juice,cooking oil & mix well.
-In a cast iron pan,add prepared mixture & bring it to boil.
-Add beef & cook for a minute then flip,cover & cook on low flame until meat is tender (35-40 minutes) & ½ cup of gravy is left.
-Turn off the flame,shred the meat with the help of forks then mix well.
-Turn on the flame,cook for a minute & set aside.
-On a non-stick griddle,add cooking oil,tortilla & toast from both sides until light golden & crispy.
-Add shredded beef & fold the tortilla & toast it from bottom.
-In a bowl,add cucumber,onion,tomatoes,fresh coriander,crushed pickle & mix well.
-Add prepared salad inside the tortilla,drizzle hot sauce & serve (makes 8-10).

-Cast iron pan mein tayyar mixture dal dein aur ubal anay dein.
-Beef dal dein aur ek minute kliya paka lein phir flip ker ka dhak dein aur halki ancch pet gohst gul janay (35-40 minutes) & ½ cup gravy reh janay tak paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur fork ki madad sa gosht ko shred ker lein phir ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur ek miute kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Non-stick tawa per tortilla dal dein aur dono sides sa light golden aur crispy ho janay tak toast ker lein.
-Shredded beef dal ker fold ker lein aur bottom sa toast ker lein.
-Bowl mein kheera,pyaz,tamatar,hara dhania aur crushed pickle dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tortilla mein tayyar salad aur hot sauce dal ker serve karein (makes 8-10).
