Survey Questions optimization using AI.

Survey Question optimization is an essential task in running a survey successfully.
surveyed.live is the first tool in the market that uses a.i to optimize a survey question.
In this short video, I am going to show How can you optimize a survey question in surveyed.live

As usual, go to surveyed.live website, log in with your credentials. From the Dashboard screen, pick the survey you want to optimize by clicking the details button.


Click on the contributor tab to see all responses sorted by contributor names.

For each answer, you will see, Time taken to answer and the average time taken by all users.


If the average time taken is more, then we can say that users are having difficulty answering the question. So We better optimize the question and either divide it into multiple questions or simplify the language.


you can also see all this graphically by going to the Analytics section and clicking the survey that you want to analyze.


You can also see the average time and time taken by each user by clicking on each question in the left menu.


Once you identify the question that needs to be optimized, then click on the edit button, then select the left question tab to see all the questions.


To optimize any question, click on "Optimize" above the question and select the tone you want to use.

You will see an optimized question by our a.i akshara. Every time you try this, it will generate a different sentence.

Once you are satisfied with the new question, click the save button to save the optimized questions.
