Typhoon Boris claims first victims in Romania, Heavy floods hit the Galati region, 4 people died and 90 others were evacuated.

Interior Minister Cătălin Predoiu explained to Digi24 that a fifth person had actually died two days ago, but was mistakenly included in the flood toll.
