Pegasus deals Kaiba a critical hit as his Dragon Capture Jar captures Kaiba's Blue Eyes White Dragon. In a desperate attempt to rescue his dragon, Kaiba unleashes an attack but Pegasus counters by crippling his deck, effectively defeating Kaiba.
As Pegasus only plays high-stake games, he seals Kaiba's soul away to put an end to his rescue attempt of Mokuba. Saddened by this, Yugi vows to defeat Pegasus.
